Welcome to the third version of PortlandSmallBusiness.com. The new site is not yet perfect but we are working on it. We’ve moved from a drupal based site to a wordpress based one. Drupal is more powerful and adaptable but really more than we needed.

The change came about as a result of the user survey that we conducted during May and June. While reviewing the results, it became obvious that most people were interested in the blogs and not the other features. With that in mind, the switch to wordpress was near. In most respects, wordpress is easier to use than Drupal but I’m still learning my way around. I welcome any suggestions that the wordpress pros out there may have.
